Q. I do not have a user name and password, how can I log in?

A. If you are a subscription member of the lottery, or you have purchased a one-off ticket, then you do not need a username and password. These are only required if you have previously purchased tickets on-line and want to check your tickets or credit balance. See the "Introduction" section for more information.

Q. Who can play the lottery?

A. You must be over 16 years of age and a resident of Great Britain in order to play the lottery.

Q. How do I join the lottery as a subscription member?

A. Go to the "Subscription" section on the lottery site main page and download the application form. All the information about the lottery can be found on the form. Simply print the form, fill it in and post it off.
